As a Life Coach and certified EFT Practitioner, I’ve been successfully coaching clients and helping to equip them with self discovery, acceptance and self-growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, or feel out of control emotionally, my services aim to introduce clarity and peace for transformation using EFT, as I assist you in understanding yourself and learning how to move forward differently with daily life.
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations and EFT is my tool of choice to help you identify the false beliefs you've developed about yourself and break free from the hold they have on you. You are beautifully made, but it's time that you believe it and start to live in that.
I provide one-on-one coaching sessions as well as group gatherings for a different dynamic. While group gatherings are held in San Luis Obispo County, individual sessions are available in person or private audio or video thanks to today's technology.
WHAT IS "EFT"?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, and is also known as “Tapping”. A therapeutic modality combining ancient Chinese acupressure and neuroscience for gentle yet rapid healing both physically and emotionally.
Because our subconscious doesn’t know the difference between a threat and a memory of a threat, our fight or flight response is triggered far too often spiking our stress hormone cortisol. This unhealthy response leaves us with negative thought patterns, habits and feelings of hopelessness.
Tapping on meridian points while focusing on a problem sends a new calming message to your fight or flight response that “it is now safe to feel this problem and let it go”. As your feelings come forward, you are now able to approach your issue un-triggered, with a new sense of calm, clarity and new perspective. These new healthy changes are often permanent.
